We are looking for a full stack engineer who is comfortable working across the entire stack (Python, JavaScript, React/Vue, APIs, AI/LLM integration) and can build production-quality user interfaces using established designs and component libraries. You will collaborate with our core frontend team in the United States while independently delivering full end-to-end features.

What you’ll do:
• Build and maintain backend services in Python, including REST/GraphQL APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Implement AI- and LLM-driven workflows, including RAG, agentic patterns, orchestration, and prompt/guardrail techniques.
• Work within our agentic platform to connect services, tools, and data into reliable, observable workflows.
• Turn UX designs into clean, maintainable frontend code in React or similar frameworks, integrating APIs, state, and components.
• Partner with product, UX, and engineering teams to refine requirements, estimate work, and deliver iteratively.
• Write clear, tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Improve engineering standards, tools, and CI/CD processes for secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across backend services, integrations, and frontend behavior.

Must-have skills:
• Over 5 years of engineering experience, primarily building production-grade Python services.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or AI service integrations (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, AgentCore, etc.).
• Strong background in building and designing APIs (REST/JSON; GraphQL is a plus).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, persistence, and integrations across SQL/NoSQL, queues, and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Ability to translate Figma or design specs into responsive, accessible UI using a design system or component library.
• Experience with cloud-native development and containerization on at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with secure coding, authentication/authorization (OAuth/OIDC, RBAC), and observability practices.
• Comfortable working in agile environments with iterative delivery and standard collaboration tools.

Nice to have:
• Experience building or integrating agentic AI workflows, including multi-agent systems, guardrails, or human-in-the-loop features.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, message buses, or workflow engines.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and cloud-based CI/CD.
• Background in platforms or shared services supporting multiple product teams.
• Familiarity with reusable design systems and UI component libraries.
