**POSITION SUMMARY**
Are you an experienced, driven QA Engineer? Join Cordial and work directly within a highly empowered team of Product, Designers, and Software Engineers to help build Cordial’s enterprise messaging platform. You’ll participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, scrum meetings, demos, use case discussions, and perform functional, integration, and performance testing. We’re looking for a quick learner with strong ownership and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role is fully remote and based in Europe.

**YOU WILL**
– Define the scope of testing for your responsibilities based on priorities
– Develop and execute both manual and automated test cases
– Identify and clearly document issues and improvements, including impact analysis
– Share test results with the team
– Recommend release candidates
– Help developers with issue analysis and bug fixes
– Participate in regression testing (manual and automated)
– Work with Scrum teams by closely collaborating with Product, developers, and other QA engineers
– Coordinate with other engineering squads to establish and implement best practices company-wide
– Support Product teams with QA planning

**ABOUT YOU**
– 3+ years of experience in a software-related role
– Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
– Experience testing multi-tier applications, including web-delivered applications
– Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and debugging tools
– Experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch is a plus
– Strong investigation skills
– Excellent communication skills and willingness to contribute to internal documentation
– Ability to think about testing from the end user’s perspective
– Curious mindset and strong attention to detail
– Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
– Fluent English

**$65,000 — $120,000/year**
