We help organizations and businesses build their email lists and turn those lists into effective advocacy on policies they care about. We get to help groups pull off the impossible and make history. We’re looking for a co founder and software engineer, someone who’s passionate about social ventures and making the world a better place.

We’re currently in the midst of an accelerator program, and the right candidate will be able to jump in asap and help pitch to investors in early June.

The mood of the company is dynamic, fun, and energetic; embracing current best practices, and ultimately following a formula that works best for us: balancing work and personal life while at the same thriving on producing results through planning and prioritizing tasks.

The job will require deep knowledge of PHP and MySQL, and ideally Ruby. We are currently in beta mode and are anxious to move forward.

Ideally, the candidate will be wiling to work from Hawaii, but we’re open to other arrangements.
