About Zubtitle

Zubtitle is a web based video editing tool designed for video creators that want to quickly get their videos ready for more social media views. We are a small, bootstrapped, tech-forward SaaS company founded in 2018 that focuses on delivering for our user/customer base. We haven’t raised venture capital (and don’t plan to) so don’t expect any crazy deadlines, rushed features, or getting lost in a sea of Slack messages.

About The Position: Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced full-stack JavaScript developer for an estimated 20hr week remote commitment. We want this to be a long-term position but no monthly or annual commitment is required. You will report to and collaborate with our Technical Co-Founder to determine priorities & tasks. This is a contract role so no team or lead responsibilities are required.

Required experience includes:

React
Nodejs
Typescript

Additional experience with the following would be a plus:

Google Cloud Platform
Firebase (Firestore database, Firebase Functions, etc)
Kubernetes
FFmpeg

Compensation Details

We are open to hourly or a fixed price weekly/monthly rate.
