As part of our post-Series C growth, we’re excited to add an AI Engineer to our data analytics engineering team of seven. As an AI Engineer at ThreeFlow, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers and product leaders to revolutionize the insurance industry through innovative AI applications and our proprietary data set.

This position reports to the Director of Data & AI and is based remotely within the US. Candidates must be available to work EST hours. Our tech stack

About the role

  • Help develop and deploy enterprise-scale LLM and ML solutions to optimize core business processes

  • *

Primarily develop, test, deploy, and monitor serverless applications (e.g., AWS Lambda) to support various data processing and analytics tasks

  • Leverage orchestration tools (e.g., AWS Step Functions) to coordinate complex workflows and integrate multiple services

  • *

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and help implement scalable AI models and solutions

  • Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve performance and accuracy

About you

  • Extensive experience in Python development, with a focus on productionalizing LLM and machine learning applications

  • *

Strong expertise in developing and deploying LLM solutions

  • In-depth knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications

  • *

Proficiency in AWS services, especially Lambda and Step Functions; experience with deploying them via IaC

  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices in software development

  • *

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration in a fully remote environment

  • Experience evaluating model performance is a plus

$60,000 — $110,000/year
