The Role: As a QA Engineer you will be working with the Agile team if. Your role will be involved In creating the Test Strategies and Test plans. Developing and maintaining the QA Automation frameworks. You will be working with the respective QA team members in bringing the best and standard practices in QA. Your focus will be across the end-to-end lifecycle of STLC phase Proactively driving and governing our data’s accuracy, integrity, completeness, conformity and consistency

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance through a full system development life cycle.
• Minimum 6+ of working in Different testing’s a System/Regression/ Smoke/UAT Testing and STLC phase.
• Experience with Agile methodology and the ability to recognize opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with automation testing, analyzing needs, creating / maintaining frameworks, and test suites to meet testing demands in a high paced environment.
• Good understand and working experience in analyzing the project requirements and ability to create test strategy, test plan and test cases.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Java, OOPS, Java Collections,
• Exposure in developing UI/webservices based automation frameworks.
• Must and should have previously worked in developing Automation framework from Scratch and maintained it (Hybrid/BDD)
• Experience both manual and automation on middleware tools – SOAP Webservices /RestAPI/ Rest assured.
• Good understanding of Message Queue (MQ) processing and XML/ XSL based renderings.
• Exposure experience with data testing in event driven systems like Kafka and/or Kinesis streams.
• Working experience in Build tools (Testing/Gradle)
• Working experience Version controlling tools (Preferred GITHUB)
• Working experience Database Testing (MSSQL/MYSQL/Mango DB etc.)
• Working experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD tools Preferred (Jenkins and Harness)
• Working experience in Business- UAT testing and Postproduction deployment verifications
• Knowledge/exposure to performance testing
• Minimum 2-3years of experience in AWS/GCP cloud tool testing both Manual and Automation or any relevant cloud testing tools.
• Ability to work independently or as a team player, while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Analyze requirements and design, build and execute test cases to assure the quality of the application under test.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and clearly document issues.
• Leading the QA team wherever there is an opportunity.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client and important stakeholder meetings both written and oral.
• Must have the ability and desire to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
• Manage and Track regression automation test cases in our test management tool JIRA.
• Provide detailed, statistic-based status reports.
• Develop and execute modular / E2E automated test suite & solutions using new / existing automation tools / frameworks.
• Interact with a diverse group of technologists and business team members.
• Coordinate and work with globally distributed teams.
