The Engagement Manager should have a detailed understanding of all aspects of the system development life cycle from project initiation through implementation with an Agile-minded approach to managing software projects. In addition to being an Engagement Manager, you’ll also be a Product Owner and Agile PM depending on the nature of the engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and technical staff to define project scope, goals and deliverables

• Understand and articulate client business and technical objectives including assisting in drafting proposals for new clients

• Facilitate daily standups with both clients and technical teams

• Develop project road maps and associated communication documents such as progress reports and requirements documentation

• Set and manage expectations with clients and team members

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation plans

• Manage internal financial project performance
