As a Specialist for Switching Processes and Market Communication (m/f/d) in the energy sector, help us turn up the heat on big power companies and leave a major green footprint — or rather, tentacle print.

Your future responsibilities:
• Handle and monitor supplier switching processes according to GPKE and GeLi Gas
• Manage electronic data exchange with market partners
• Resolve billing issues with market partners
• Serve as a point of contact for partners via email and phone
• Support energy forecasts for our balancing group managers
• Identify and fix system and process issues and develop solutions
• Work closely with customer service and our development team to continuously improve our processes

Your background:
• At least 1 year of experience in the energy market
• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to dive into complex cases
• Ability to think outside the box and improve existing processes
• Excellent German skills
• English skills are a plus
• Solution‑oriented, open to new approaches, and confident in decision‑making
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Additional qualifications such as an energy specialist certification, a relevant degree, or similar are also beneficial
