Deputy is a global, remote-first SaaS company with hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, San Francisco, and London, and additional team members working across the United States. Our platform supports more than 1.5 million workers and 375,000 workplaces in over 100 countries. Backed by leading investors, we recently reached Unicorn status.

At Deputy, we’re reshaping the world of work for the 80% of the global workforce made up of hourly employees—the people who keep everyday life moving, from baristas and nurses to cleaners, drivers, florists, and factory staff. While most workplace technology has traditionally focused on desk-based roles, we’re committed to elevating the frontline experience. With Deputy, businesses operate more profitably, productively, and compliantly, and their teams are more engaged and satisfied.

We are evolving into an AI‑native company, empowering and expecting our teams to use AI tools and approaches in their daily work. You’ll receive the training, support, and freedom to use AI responsibly and creatively to generate ideas, solve problems more quickly, and discover new ways of working.

If you’re driven to create people‑focused solutions and help businesses and their teams thrive, join Deputy and make an impact where it matters.

The Role

As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will bring advanced expertise in role‑specific technical areas and use that knowledge to guide and support your peers. You will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, resources, and tools that equip our entire Commercial organization—including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services—with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

You will partner closely with regional leaders to ensure that our enablement initiatives align with global business priorities while meeting local and functional needs.

• Manage the full lifecycle of enablement programs—from concept and content development to delivery and evaluation—focused on efficiency and measurable outcomes.
• Translate technical product releases into clear, accessible materials for commercial audiences, acting as a thought leader.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and RevOps to identify and address learning gaps.
• Act as a consulting partner to regional leaders by providing localized programs and data‑driven insights.
• Measure and analyze the impact of enablement efforts, using data to identify improvement opportunities and refine strategies.
• Develop and deliver compelling onboarding experiences, both live and online, helping new hires acclimate quickly and offering mentorship.
• Demonstrate expertise in sales processes, methodologies like Value Selling and MEDDPICC, and strong business acumen across industries such as Healthcare, Hospitality, and Retail.

Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in sales, customer success, technical support, or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is a bonus.
• Strong background in learning design, measurement, and enablement tools such as SalesHood; experience with gamification and senior stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong consultative, discovery, problem‑solving, and facilitation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to support regional teams as needed.

Employee Perks

• Flexible remote‑first work policy and a home office stipend.
• Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP).
• Paid parental leave.
• Group Salary Continuance Insurance.
• Support through our Employee Assistance Program.
• Additional leave options including study assistance, celebration days, and volunteering.
• Participation in global working groups focused on connection and belonging.
