– Produce relevant internal and external payment-related reports
– Maintain AP master data
– Manage the travel expense process
– Administer funded projects, including project controlling and budgeting
– Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

– Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management
– Assist with cash-flow forecasting and budgeting
– Act as a backup for other team members across different accounting functions and support ad-hoc projects as needed

What You Bring:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience and/or commercial training
– 3–4 years of progressive experience in an international environment with responsibilities across multiple countries; US GAAP experience and a Shared Services Center mindset are preferred
– Fluent English; additional languages are a plus (German, Dutch, Slovenian)
– Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
– Proven team player with excellent work habits; able to work independently with consistent performance, including when deadlines are tight
– Experience prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
– Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with internal and external partners

What Makes You Stand Out:
– High resilience and an agile approach to problem-solving
– Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
– Experience in a fast-growing environment with rapid change
