Join a growing team and work with seasoned electricians as an Electrical Helper. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn the trade, assist with commercial projects across North Carolina, and build practical skills in a fast‑paced field environment.

Responsibilities:
• Help install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and controls
• Transport and organize tools, materials, and equipment for job sites
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit with supervision
• Strip insulation, prepare wiring, and assist with threading conduit and securing fittings
• Support electricians with routine tasks such as holding materials, cleaning tools, and setting up work areas
• Follow safety guidelines, use PPE, secure tools, and keep the site tidy
• Assist in identifying or troubleshooting minor electrical issues and report them promptly

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest or basic experience in electrical work; apprenticeship training is a plus
• Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including confined spaces
• Strong ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety practices
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and willingness to learn electrical tools and materials
• Team‑oriented mindset with motivation to advance into more skilled roles
