We’re hiring an **Educational Content Creator** to support our Customer Education team in producing high-quality, relevant, engaging educational content that helps customers grow their businesses.

## What you will work on
– Create and develop educational materials, including interactive tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, quizzes, and assessments, to support MailerLite features and services
– Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate and effective
– Apply various instructional design approaches to build engaging, interactive learning experiences
– Research and stay current with best practices in online education and learning technologies
– Review and update existing materials to keep them relevant
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to align educational content with customer needs and business goals
– Analyze learner feedback and data to continuously improve content quality
– Communicate clearly with learners, subject matter experts, and team members across functions
– Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
## What we expect from you
– 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce (preferred)
– Strong English verbal and written communication skills
– Experience creating and editing videos/screencasts using tools such as Final Cut, Davinci, or similar editors
– Ability to explain complex topics in engaging ways
– A customer-first mindset, with genuine enjoyment in helping customers achieve their goals by creating content that fits their learning needs
– Curiosity and energy from working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company
– Agile, strategic thinking with a talent for identifying customer needs and creating solutions
– Hands-on experience producing engaging educational content in multiple formats, especially video
– Professional experience in curriculum or lesson development
– Motivation to become a thought leader and help pioneer new content formats
– Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and countries
