Boutiques Daily is in search of a CoFounder to join as Editorial Director.
Ideal candidates will be excited and take great pride and care in showcasing, telling stories of, and further providing visibility to the many boutiques, brands, designers and more of the global boutique community. Care is our secret weapon. If you are social media savvy, passionate about sharing the stories of others, enjoy creating strategy and setting vision as well as have a strong sense of compassion and care, we want to talk with you.
As Director of Editorial, you will be tasked with creating and scaling the Boutiques Daily editorial strategy. This is an opportunity to not only engage with and tell the stories of many amazing boutiques and their support community from around the globe, but to put in place an editorial strategy that supports the largest boutique community in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Create high quality editorial showcasing the boutiques and their support communities of the world across all media touchpoints.
- Insure Editorial Strategy is in line with current fashion trends locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Identify and forge relationships with boutiques and their support communities across the world.
- Work with boutique, brand and designer partners to create high quality, engaging campaigns.
- Identify, Recruit and Manage contributors.
Extra Credit:
- Experience using design tools such as Photoshop/Illustrator
- Experience working with / for a boutique, fashion brand, fashion designer, etc.
- Experience managing a community or group of contributors.
- Experience working with brand partners.
