We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online store, ensuring the best user experience, sales growth, and operational efficiency.
Position Overview:
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of SkillersZone’s online store, developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize e-commerce performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and data analysis, with the ability to improve product visibility and drive online revenue.
$104,000 – $135,000 a year
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, sales, and customer engagement across multiple digital channels.
Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the online store, ensuring a seamless user experience, fast loading times, and mobile compatibility.
Product Management: Manage product listings, including creating and updating product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory. Ensure that product data is accurate and up to date.
Sales & Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, paid ads, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
Customer Experience: Monitor and improve the overall customer journey, from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, traffic, customer behavior) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
SEO & Content Optimization: Optimize the e-commerce website for search engines to drive organic traffic, including keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO.
Inventory & Order Management: Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels, fulfillment processes, and ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.
A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization: Run A/B tests to optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout processes to maximize conversions and improve overall e-commerce performance.
Customer Service & Support: Oversee customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role with a track record of driving online sales and improving customer experience.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).
Experience with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, e-commerce platform analytics).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
