The project is based on a historic Scottish tradition of land ownership, where landowners have long been referred to as “Lairds” (the Scottish term for “Lord”), with the female equivalent being “Lady.”

Job description:
You will be responsible for Established Titles’ business performance. This includes overseeing every aspect of the brand—marketing performance, paid search, ad creation for Facebook/Instagram/TikTok, influencer management, partnerships, logistics, customer service, product, and more.

You will have full P&L ownership for Established Titles.

You will manage and continue to build a small team of professionals who are committed to serving customers and doing great work while doing good.

Requirements:
You must be customer-focused, a fast learner, and have a strong overall grasp of digital marketing and e-commerce.

You must be excellent with numbers, a creative problem solver, and bring a positive, optimistic, energized attitude to work.

– Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
– Experience and understanding of SEO is a plus.
– Experience creating new ad creatives for Facebook/Instagram is a plus.
– Experience managing team members is a plus.
– Experience working with freelancers and contractors is a plus.

You must speak with at least one customer every workday by phone to ensure you receive ongoing customer input as you help grow the brand.
