Ambassador Labs is solving interesting problems for cloud native developers in the Kubernetes space. We believe that a world class user experience is at the core of making this possible and the Documentation Lead is a key strategic partner collaborating with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering in this effort.

The Documentation Lead will play a vital role in impacting the lives of developers by simplifying innovation for them. We are looking for a writer with a technical background, someone who loves teaching and communicating about highly technical products in simple and clear ways, and someone who wants to have ownership over an important pillar of our UX. The Documentation Lead will understand and adapt to rapid product and technology developments as we improve our products in close partnership with users.

Our documentation is a critical resource for our customers and our potential customers. It’s more than just an occasional technical reference: it’s a wide collection of productive guides that help them accomplish their goals.

About the Role

You will dazzle users in producing documentation and learning guides for Ambassador Lab’s growing suite of products, always with a simple and thoughtful approach.
