In this newly created role, the Director of Corporate Strategy & Finance will play a pivotal part in developing and executing growth strategies that support Fullscript’s long-term vision, while helping us maintain operational excellence as we scale. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to evaluate and drive growth opportunities, provide data-driven insights and optimize company performance. This leadership role requires strategic vision, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration to influence decision-making at all levels.
Reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Finance, you will join a collaborative team of passionate professionals who thrive on strategic vision, rapid execution, and who are driven by creating a meaningful impact in the health and wellness space.
What You’ll Do:

    • Cross-Functional Support:
    • Collaborate with executives and functional leadership to evaluate business opportunities, including market expansion, margin optimization, new business lines, and other growth initiatives.
    • Facilitate effective decision-making through in-depth analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and regular communication of business insights.
    • Lead internal discussions with operations and cross-functional teams to advance the company’s strategic priorities.
    • Apply rigorous financial evaluation to optimize capital allocation across the business.
    • Growth KPIs and Strategic Analysis:
    • Track and analyze key business performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance financial and operational outcomes.
    • Conduct deep-dive strategic analyses across business units to uncover areas for optimization and value creation.
    • Partner with teams in Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate growth levers and drive data-backed decision-making.
    • Develop and present financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
    • Strategic Planning & Forecasting:
    • Support new initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, and other growth opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment.
    • Play a critical role in the annual strategic planning process, from evaluating market opportunities to developing business cases, financial forecasts, and comprehensive strategic plans.
    • Assist in preparing the long-range financial plan, incorporating strategic initiatives and operating plans under various scenarios.
    • Help execute strategic projects to ensure the business stays aligned with its strategic priorities and financial goals.
    • External Stakeholders and Board Reporting:
    • Prepare materials and presentations for external audiences such as the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.
    • Translate complex analyses, business cases, and financial forecasts into compelling narratives for external consumption.
    • Support investor relations activities, including the preparation of sell-side materials and corporate communications.
    • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting for lenders and investors.
    • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Strategic Finance team, fostering a culture of curiosity, analytical excellence, and strategic thinking.
    • Implement best practices in financial modeling, market analysis, and corporate strategy to elevate team performance.
    • Drive collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment between finance, commercial, product, operations, and executive leadership.
What You Bring to the Table:

    • 7+ years of experience working within strategic finance in a leadership capacity
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Extensive experience in financial modeling, investor presentations, etc
    • Deep understanding of the healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging trends.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
    • High degree of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
