This is an important, highly visible, strategic role at Mahana building and leading user experience research for the company. You will be responsible for the direction, vision and execution across multiple digital products. You will lead your team to provide insights and understanding that empower Mahana’s cross functional team to create new therapies and provide the best possible value to our users. As the leader of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our research principles, processes, and tools. You’ll work closely with product leaders and clinical teams on specific research objectives across multiple chronic conditions. This leader will bring deep empathy and help plan, create, and improve our current and future product experiences.
