The Director of Operations, reporting to the Regional Vice President of Operations, ensures that the program delivers high-quality care to WelbeHealth participants and remains compliant with all applicable State and Federal Regulations. The Director of Operations facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth and stakeholders and stewards a high-functioning leadership team that successfully operationalizes WelbeHealth values, team culture, and mission.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Monitor care delivery quality and staff adherence to policies and procedures, regulations, and quality improvement plan, and drive response to correct any identified concerns

  • Effectively develop and oversee the WelbeHealth leadership team across all markets, providing interim leadership support as needed.

  • In collaboration with finance leadership, develop, maintain, and operate within a program budget including hiring plans, to achieve operational goals

  • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local regulatory/licensing standard

  • Participate in strategic planning and broader initiatives to refine WelbeHealth operations best practices to share across other programs

  • consistent travel to WelbeHealth centers will be required for this role

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Admin, Public Health, Social Welfare, Gerontology, or similar field

  • Master’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience developing/managing programs for vulnerable seniors

  • Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a health services program

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $147,636.00 – $184,545.00 + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.

$70,000 — $130,000/year
