At Curbio you will:

Build, lead, and scale the strategic partner ecosystem at Curbio to generate leads, sales, and revenue streams for the business
Identify, recruit, and manage new partnerships with organizations that align with Curbio, including proptech companies, integration partners, mortgage, title, home warranty, and more
Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective partners
Simultaneously manage multiple partner projects, including product integrations
Coordinate with marketing, operations, product, and sales where necessary to ensure a successful implementation
Monitor and report on partnership metrics and results
Represent Curbio at industry events

What we are looking for:

8+ years of experience within a strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, or business development role
Experience being measured on bottom line results, preferably sales from partnerships
Experience building and growing a partnership program from infancy to growth engine
Experience negotiating and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities with partners
Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, highly collaborative environment
Ability to travel up to 25%
