Quality Assurance

• Provide hands-on lead-by-example development and maintenance of testplans, test cases and test automation systems covering all aspects ofISC’s software.
• Plan testing to meet product release schedules.
• Review and update/expand existing test coverage.
• Certify and approve product releases for delivery.
• Develop and implement metrics program for continuous process improvement
• Report current status and continuous improvement metrics

Leadership

• Define and own the SQA methodology with metrics-driven continuousimprovement
• Lead and inspire the SQA team
• Work with peers in Software Engineering to foster a collaborativeteam-based approach to high quality software
• Responsible for setting annual expectations and goals from staff.
• Communication of ISC’s quality assurance to staff and users of ISC’ssoftware.
