We are seeking an accomplished and passionate Sales Strategy & Operations Director. You will be a strategic business partner and primary operational leader for our Head of Global Sales and Customer Experience. This is a rare opportunity to establish and iterate the operational cadence, data, systems, and processes through planning, financial acuity, creative thinking, and strong analytical skills. You will also partner with cross-functional teams in defining, landing, and executing our key strategic priorities.

Reporting to the SVP of Customer Experience, you will be providing insightful analyses and important recommendations to the go-to-market leadership team. You will work with leaders across the company from marketing, customer success, sales enablement, product, and finance to help build our PLG motion from the ground up within SFDC for better sales efficiencies. What You Will Do
Be a strategic business partner and primary operational leader for the Sales and Customer Success leaders in a state-of-the-art PLG company.
Play a meaningful role in architecting, developing and iterating data-centric analyses to improve efficiency across our customer experience-centered organization.
Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence of sales team activities including QBRs, forecasting, pipeline generation, planning, and opportunity management.
Support and drive, territory design, sales process, and revenue programs
Manage the end-to-end process of handling our sales funnel and operational metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.
About You
5+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with experience with global sales teams.
Researched, designed, and implemented automated sales processes to increase efficiency, productivity and visibility.
Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, funnel automation, and deal desk function, with an understanding of data migration efforts.
Demonstrated understanding of Consumption and/or SaaS go-to-market models, sales support roles, business metrics, and/or growth standard methodologies in the tech, digital, and/or analytics space.
Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with salesforce.com, Hubspot, Excel, or other relevant sales metric tools and programs.
