Pact Health is looking for a passionate, driven and strategically minded Sales Director to help us revolutionize consumer health and wellness through our Pact App and Smart Deductible health plan.

You will be responsible for leading and developing our go-to-market strategy and develop our sales process, all the while collaborating closely with the company’s Founders and product team. Most importantly, you will spearhead our sales efforts through managing and developing prospective clients, gain a deep understanding of mid-size employer (50-1000 employees) and broker health benefit needs, and promote the adoption of the Smart Deductible plan.
