GripeO is looking for Full-Time, experienced Sales or Account Management Professional to engage businesses and introduce them to the GripeO Business Platform. The Director of Sales will be pro-active, outgoing, entrepreneurial, responsive and detail-oriented in order to manage the full sales process. The candidate will also be customer-oriented, in order to manage necessary interactions, requests and continued development of key relationships, including Fortune 500 clientele.
The Director of Sales will be efficient in Social Media and online networking and development, where many conversations are initiated. This person will be a key member of the GripeO Management Team and will be an active participant in all Management calls, as well as the ideation and advancement of new products and processes to meet customer needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
(1) Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field (2) 5+ years experience in a Sales or Account Management function (3) Personal Computer, Phone and Internet access (4) Interest in being part of the startup or early stage environment, building the business from the ground floor(s) (5) Active in Social Media networks (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus, LinkedIn)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage businesses and develop relationships to get them accustomed to the GripeO complaint process and platform. Communication the company’s value proposition through Social Media, Email and over the phone. i. Get businesses to sign up to the GripeO service into free or test user accounts ii. Upgrade businesses to paid service accounts iii. Continuously develop pipeline of businesses who fit the GripeO business model and criteria iv. Follow up with current business customers to ensure that their utilization of the platform meets or exceeds their needs. v. Act as the point person for business feedback and communicate the Management, what product or service changes are necessary to drive more business.
