The Director of Product Management is responsible for executing our mobile/app and web roadmap. This includes being in close contact with engineers. This role is key to meeting the technical growth goals of our product.

Responsibilities:

Define, prioritize and execute product roadmap goals by working with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Business Development. Manage projects and tasks between teams to ensure that development is on target with product roadmap goals. Create necessary documentation that is presentable to relevant team members in order to identify and cast the vision of the product. Meet deadlines and goals efficiently and hold other team members to that standard. We are looking for someone who is driven by tactics and executing rather than ideas and conversations. Although coding skills are not required, a deep understanding of the development process is a must.

He/She should:

Have 4+ years in product management experience Scrum / agile development Strong self-starter that wants to work in a fast-paced software development environment Competitive analysis Interactive Design understanding Scrappy entrepreneurial attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
