We are seeking an experienced, aggressive national sales director to build a national sales network for our luxury products. We are a unique made to order luxury brand heading into our first year of operations. The Director of National Sales Operations will have a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a promising start up that has an aggressive five year growth plan. This position will be critical to the company’s business plan and will drive the company’s revenue forecast. We are seeking someone who has experience building national sales networks and someone who is ambitious, highly motivated, with a competitive drive seeking high income potential. As a startup this position offers a stock option plan + commission and bonuses. You will build and manage a sales network in key US markets to drive sales through events and trunk shows with the support of the company founders. Our goal is to have an active network of sales reps in all major US markets within 5 years. You will develop the back office sales support system and manage all sales operations nationally. You will make key recommendations for sales strategies and plans to improve the company’s ROI and sales growth. Your success will help drive additional funding for the company and position it for Venture Capital. This is not a paid salary position, so you must be entrepreneurial and be willing to earn your compensation at this stage of our model. Your success will be rewarded with generous stock, bonuses and commission.
