The Role: The Director of Business Development must provide leadership to position the firm as a leading performance-driven marketing agency. This individual will serve as the visible lead manager of the business to drive sales from new clients and business partners.
Scope:
- Annual sales quota is approximately $1.5M.
- Develop and oversee sales plans.
- Help construct client account teams.
- Run weekly reports to analyze performance and update forecasts as needed.

Experience / Education:
- BS/BA degree in Business; Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in service-based sales with demonstrated success selling a complex product or solution offering.
- Experience with account management and selling complex business solutions to small and medium-sized businesses with multiple decisions makers.
- Experience preferred in one of more of the following: marketing agency, collaborative applications, SaaS business models, or marketing integration tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation: $175,000 – $225,000
Start up or early stage company experience preferred
