We’re looking for a dynamic individual to lead and own our ecommerce platform. The position is equally technical, creative and executive and bridges all the key components of Fracture’s web dev ecosystem as it brings digital projects from the idea stage through development and into the real world. You’ll be a cornerstone of the team, being responsible firstly for managing discourse between marketing, creative and programming, building project definitions, scheming actionables/schedules and managing the full A-Z execution of the project. We expect someone with insight, vision and a skill for execution.

Secondly we would also like the position to contain a frontend development component (JS, CSS, HTML). The final product would come together in your hands and you would be ultimately responsible for making sure that the final product looks, behaves and functions to spec as envisioned and planned.

We believe that combining the roles of leader, project manager and front end developer create the best product in the end. However, we realize that there are limits to how much coding a leader can actually have time for, so the front end dev component is secondary and flexible and eventually can be supplemented by other team members. The point is to have a lean combination of leadership and hands-on involvement and we believe the workload of both combined is just about right for one person.
