As Director, FP&A you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and growth at ActiveCampaign. What your day could consist of:
- Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans, aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to support the company’s growth
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to the CRO, CMO, and other executive team members and help guide them through key business decisions.
- Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to promote their growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the company’s financial performance.
What is needed:
- 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with a focus on topline growth.
- 6+ years of people management experience, including leading high-performing teams.
- Proven ability to understand and proactively communicate the financial implications of business decisions and evolving market dynamics.
- Extensive experience preparing and presenting financial analyses, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to executives and senior-level stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in applying intellectual curiosity to uncover insights and develop innovative solutions that deliver differentiated results.
- Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and concise recommendations.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and communicate overarching trends and strategic opportunities to senior management.
$169,600 – $233,200 a year
