🚀 About the Role
This marketing leader will be responsible for building up and growing the QM brand in Spain and will create and execute marketing plans to support prospecting, lead and pipeline generation. You will have a strong understanding of sales-focused marketing as well as our target audiences. You will enjoy working with sales leaders to understand the needs of the sales teams, and meeting those needs through effective partnership, strategy, and execution.
You will regularly collaborate with EMEA and US marketing, sales and customer success teams to build and execute the regional marketing plan. With strong attention to details, a mind for execution and superb project management skills you will lead QM marketing growth in the Spanish market.
🔧 Responsibilities
Spearhead Quantum Metric’s marketing strategy in Spain
Meet or exceed our annual plan to grow demand for each of our sales teams.
Define what field marketing needs from corporate marketing, product marketing, online growth, marketing operations, and marketing program management to ensure regional sales support.
Help global marketing functions refine their strategy based on regional feedback.
Partner with sales leadership on territory planning.
Set the standard to ensure effective collaboration across marketing and sales roles for regional campaign execution
Improve field marketing campaign efficiency in terms of ROI
Be an advocate for the sales department and help the rest of the marketing department understand their priorities.
Be an advocate for the marketing department and help the sales department understand the marketing department’s priorities.
Work with Spanish sales, customer success, and engineering leadership to organise and staff customer and sponsored events
Work with the Alliances team to create experiences that build up our partner community in Spain
Analyze, track, and report on regional marketing ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL KPIs
Build relationships with Quantum Metric customers and prospects on a one-to-one basis
Interact with key decision makers and account-holders
Work with in-house designer to ensure all regional campaigns accurately represent the Quantum Metric brand
Travel – up to 20 percent of your time will be spent traveling to various events (once live events return)
💡 Requirements
Must be located in Spain.
Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing, via channels such as events, digital marketing and PR.
Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
