Title: Director, Brand Partnerships,

Summary: The "Director, Digital Sales" will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue on behalf of the DanceOn Network with a focus on sponsorships, integrations, media and branded content. This role will require capitalizing on existing relationships, proven sales skills, and more traditional client service and relationship building efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Forge new client relationships at all levels with agency and client direct partners
  • Foster existing client relationships
  • Develop strategic revenue and outreach plan
  • Regularly pitch DanceOn programming materials and concepts to clients and agencies
  • Attend a designated number of industry/networking events to generate leads and get the word out about the DanceOn brand
  • Create and maintain an organized Prospect > Contact > Client database that tracks target revenue vs. actuals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Report to CEO on a weekly basis regarding additions to prospect/contact list, status of active accounts and forecasted revenue for the month/quarter
  • Able to effectively communicate DanceOn’s brand and products’ value proposition & differentiation
  • Assist in the packaging of creative opportunities in collaboration with the Creative Solutions team
  • Stay informed on the status of a project through account management reporting KEY SKILLS:
  • Strong understanding of online branded content – value prop, adoption rates, case studies, etc.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube from an advertising and brand integration perspective
  • Strong math skills
  • At least 5 years sales experience in online media
  • Established relationships within the advertising industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Passionate about the online video space

Salary and compensation

$65,000 — $100,000/year
