Trust-Based Mobility is a performance-driven health and wellness brand that helps people move better, feel better, and rebuild confidence in their bodies. We create high-volume, direct-response video for paid social and organic channels, and we’re assembling a team of top-tier editors to deliver 100+ video assets per week without compromising quality, speed, or storytelling.
This is not a slow, academic editing job. It’s a fast, high-output creative role for an organized, performance-focused editor who can take raw ideas, scripts, AI-generated footage, voiceovers, hooks, and direct-response structures and turn them into ads that look native, polished, and built to convert. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Creative.
Pay is in USD: $1,500–$3,000 per month base depending on experience, plus bonus potential up to $4,000 per month for A+ performance. This is a 1099 contractor position, fully remote. You’ll start with a 60-day paid trial; after that, successful candidates may qualify for bonus pay and paid time off. Our team operates on PST, and we require at least 4 hours of daily overlap.
What you’ll do: edit and assemble performance-focused video ads for paid social and other growth channels; use creative briefs, scripts, raw footage, AI-generated clips, voiceovers, and brand guidelines; craft strong hooks, maintain pacing, and add precise captions with zero grammar errors; choose music and sound effects, integrate B-roll and AI-generated footage, and ensure each asset feels cohesive from hook to CTA; keep your editing workflow clean, hit deadlines, and communicate proactively.
Required: fluency with at least one major editing workflow (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar); near-native English proficiency, including accurate captions and comfort on team calls; ability to work with AI and create complete AI-generated video ads using tools such as Veo 3, Kling 3.0, Seedance, or comparable options; comfort producing voiceovers (e.g., ElevenLabs) and combining AI scenes, voiceover, subtitles, graphics, and music into a single seamless edit; solid understanding of direct-response video (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs); strong preferred experience editing for e-commerce, DTC, or digital products (not generic dropshipping content); and a clear, organized portfolio with accessible playable video links.
Nice to have: familiarity with project management tools like Notion, https://monday.com, or ClickUp and Slack, plus knowledge of performance creative testing, Meta ads, TikTok-style pacing, and UGC formats. To apply, submit a link to your portfolio with playable video links. Applications with broken links, unplayable files, or no portfolio will not be considered.
