**Job Summary:**
We’re looking for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you’ll own BPM’s website—keeping it optimized, compliant with BPM standards, on-brand, and easy to navigate—while also supporting email nurturing and campaign execution in HubSpot. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team to drive lead generation and ensure our digital presence runs smoothly and effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
**Website Management**
– Manage the day-to-day operation and technical optimization of BPM’s WordPress website
– Build and maintain website pages, including landing pages, using custom HTML modules when needed
– Keep the site updated to maintain brand consistency and follow best practices
– Publish articles and news content accurately and on time
– Create website analytics reports using Google Analytics and provide actionable recommendations
– Perform SEO audits with SEMrush; address issues and collaborate weekly with the SEO specialist
– Monitor Core Web Vitals and improve site speed, performance, and accessibility
– Coordinate with the website vendor by scheduling updates, troubleshooting issues, and keeping projects on track
– Ensure ADA compliance across the website
– Manage and optimize CTAs to improve conversion results
– Stay current on web trends and recommend improvements to functionality and engagement
**Demand Generation Support**
– Support email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including building emails, setting up workflows, and monitoring performance
– Improve lead nurturing emails using performance data
– Keep lead nurturing content up to date as new website content is published
– Create and manage HubSpot pop-ups and on-site conversion tools
– Update and optimize forms for events and lead generation initiatives
– Support campaign reporting and A/B testing
– Partner with the demand generation team on lead scoring and segmentation
– Assist the Director of Demand Generation and Senior Demand Generation Specialist with additional initiatives
**What You Bring:**
– 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong website management focus
– B2B marketing experience
– 3 years of strong WordPress expertise, including custom HTML/CSS
– 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience for email marketing and automation
– Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
**Preferred:**
– Experience in professional services marketing
– Familiarity with ADA compliance standards
– Experience using project management tools (e.g., https://monday.com)
$70,000–$85,000 per year
