We are looking for a professional to focus on driving growth and customer acquisition for SLOWCRAFT. We expect you to bring ideas to the table on marketing strategy, purchase funnel optimization and growth hacking initiatives for our company. We would love your input on A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Applicants should know about online marketing strategy and its implementation, have experience with working on popular web marketing and analytics tools. Job Description • Develop and execute processes for customer acquisition, on-boarding and support • Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys and purchase funnel • Identify potential product improvements to enhance customer experience • Set up, manage and analyse web advertising and online PR campaigns • Manage SM channels and Facebook initiatives • Develop and execute email campaigns for customers, partners and community • Develop marketing collateral and content for website, SM and blog Skills and Expertise • Entrepreneurial mindset and Can-do-it approach • Bachelors/ Master degree in management/ marketing • 1-3 years of experience of customer acquisition, preferably in a start-up environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Italian and English • Experience of using e-marketing and web analytics tools (Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Adwords, etc.) • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with hands-on experience in excel Please note: we’re looking for a co-partner of the start-up rather than a manager or executor.
