The Digital Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP, Demand Generation, will be our expert in all our digital go-to-market efforts across Logz.io. You will partner with Field Marketing, Global Campaigns, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Corporate/Brand teams. You need to have broad experience across all digital marketing channels with the ability to build and deliver digital marketing programs that result in a clear ROI for the business.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating, coordinating and managing the execution of digital marketing campaign strategies including, but not limited to: paid search, paid social, display, re-targeting
Partner with teams to develop creative, content, and web experiences that follow best practices and will engage customers through each stage of their journey
Partner closely with SEO and Organic Social owners to ensure consistent and messaging and amplification strategies
Improve the digital experience and maximize campaign outcomes by analyzing data and establish test plans to improve performance
Partner with region team members to determine level of campaign support in each market for both global and local run programs
Drive targeting and customer segmentation and continual optimization to personalize digital campaigns
Drive and make recommendations to effectively engage customers and improve their experience through digital channels (e.g., content, cadence, frequency, etc.)
Lead creative testing and strategy, working closely with stakeholders and design teams to ensure all our campaigns have the best chance of succeeding
Build comprehensive, integrated distribution, promotion strategies/content amplification plans that deliver on marketing objectives.
Works on optimization of targeting/bidding based on results and campaign objectives.
Partner with Analytics team to establish measurement framework for digital media campaigns that map to the program goals
Provides thought leadership on marketing best practices. Stay informed on new capabilities and industry trends.
Work with the entire marketing team to ensure knowledge sharing and that we are leveraging all resources available
Manage relationships with key vendors to understand competitor strategies, new testing opportunities, and ensuring our team is staying on the edge of innovation.
Contributes and influences the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against business objectives and strategies
What we look for:
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
B2B marketing experience
Experience working with complex data sets to make data-informed decisions and share thoughtful insights
Experience building media plans from the ground up with evolving requirements
Expert in digital channel strategy and targeting capabilities
Experience applying research to reach audiences: understanding their pain points and media habits – to inform media placements, ad formats, creative, offers, messaging, and web experiences
