We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented marketing associate to support our small but high-performing marketing team. This role will oversee a variety of marketing efforts—including paid advertising, trade shows, webinars, social media, PR, and email campaigns—to help expand our brand’s presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising
– Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
– Oversee the advertising budget and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
– Monitor and evaluate ad performance, providing regular updates on campaign results.
Trade Shows
– Oversee all trade show planning, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and booth preparation.
– Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and post-event follow-up.
– Develop promotional strategies tailored to each event to boost visibility.
Webinars
– Organize, promote, and run webinars, including scheduling, preparing speakers, and managing partner involvement.
– Handle all webinar logistics from registration through post-event communication.
– Ensure webinar content supports marketing objectives and resonates with the intended audience.
Social Media Management
– Manage AlphaPoint’s LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, creating content and engaging with followers.
– Track social media performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
Public Relations Liaison
– Support PR initiatives by working with PR agencies and internal teams.
– Write press releases, bylines, and other media-related content.
– Maintain media relationships and identify opportunities for thought leadership.
Email Marketing
– Create and run email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including segmentation and automated workflows.
– Track email performance and refine campaigns for better results.
– Maintain and update email lists while ensuring all campaigns follow best practices.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– At least 2 years of marketing experience, including hands-on work with paid social ads and event coordination.
– Proficient in HubSpot for email marketing, automation, and analytics.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– A proactive mindset with a desire to grow across all areas of marketing.
– Strong interest in the cryptocurrency sector and willingness to stay informed on industry developments.
