What you’ll do:
• Make energy easy to understand by cutting out jargon and helping customers with bills, meters and tariffs.
• Resolve issues quickly and confidently – from billing queries to meter problems to complex energy questions.
• Support customers by phone or email and handle every case from start to finish – including complaints.
• Think and respond on the spot. No scripts – just genuine conversations and practical solutions.
• Treat every customer with kindness and empathy, always going the extra mile.
• Make a real difference by helping people in tough situations or guiding them toward greener choices.
• Work from home with flexible hours and a positive, inspiring team at your side.

About the role:
Location: Remote
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: £24,900
Hours: 37.5 per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends
Our recruitment process usually takes up to four weeks, but we’re flexible. Here’s what to expect:
First interview – A chat with a team member or recorded answers in your own time.
Prep call – A talent team member walks you through everything before Discovery Day.
Discovery Day – Meet future colleagues, join group exercises and role‑plays, have one‑to‑ones and get a real feel for the role and culture.
Final interview – Visit the office, meet two leaders, ask questions and get to know the environment.
