PeopleDoc is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer in our Paris office to join our R&D team. The purpose of a SRE at PeopleDoc is to secure, administrate and maintain the production infrastructure as it were a software. The ideal candidate will have a combination of sysadmin knowledge and strong skills in software development.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Design and maintain the cloud infrastructure hosting PeopleDoc apps

• Collect and monitor KPIs (availability, response time, time to deploy etc…) and ensure that they meet our SLAs

• Lead the scalability & capacity strategy

Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience with cloud hosting and virtualization

• Linux OS (debian, ubuntu, )

• Strong experience in Python development

• Strong experience in automation tools (Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Chef) and CI/CD principles

• Good System Administration & Networking knowledge

• Experience with Openstack a plus

• SaaS background a plus
