About the role:

Minted is looking for a few talented operations engineers to build great things and to have fun doing so. We are not interested in ninjas, rockstars, or any other heroic archetype; we want good human beings, and we promise to treat you as such. Minted is remote friendly with over 70% of the DevOps team working remotely.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Automate all the things: development, continuous integration, auto-scaling, monitoring alerting and probably a whole lot more.

Create, test, and deploy infrastructure as code that has a direct impact on the applications that Minted depends on.

• Work directly with software engineers on the deployment, scaling, and delivery of applications.

Teach and advise – for you are wise in the ways of the process table and will share your wisdom with others.

• Investigate reliability issues and work directly with software engineers to deploy accurate patches.
