Job requirements
- Software Development Lead – Node Backend (API)
- Team Lead who works closely with the Scrum Master to ensure assigned stories are completed on time.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build backend services for various business processes using NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis, and related technologies.
- Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless integration of components.
- Work with serverless architecture, Docker, and AWS infrastructure.
- Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
- Write unit tests for developed functionalities.
- Define code architecture decisions to support high performance and scalability.
- Ensure requirement coverage and adherence to best practices through code reviews.
- Liaise with application development and support teams to plan post–go-live support.
- Strong understanding of database architecture design and design patterns.
- Experience working with code repositories (preferably GIT), Jira, and build tools.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Proficiency in refactoring, writing clean and reusable code, and following best coding practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams.
Role Overview:

$110,000 – $125,000 a year
