Key area of responsibility
Own and manage our cloud-based infrastructure deployment
Monitor, operate and maintain seamless application server updates
Create new information pipelines to aid reporting at all levels of the business
Identify improvements in the development process
act as second level support for NOC engineers.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools for production hardware and application servers.
Manage backups for file systems including data for various application such as Git, Bugzilla, Puppet, apache servers, VOIP customer calls.
Work with developers in selecting the correct technologies and processes for future product deployment to production.
Research potential new technologies to be used for development, operation of various tools needed for deployment, configuration and monitoring
