The Director of Business Development will drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities with institutional investors, financial companies, cryptocurrency organizations, and individual investors throughout the US and Europe. This senior position requires strategic thinking, strong sales experience, and deep expertise in digital assets.

The ideal candidate will use their professional network and deep industry knowledge to build relationships with key decision-makers across organizations and with individual clients. They will clearly communicate the value of our flagship Delphi Pro product suite for both B2B and B2C sales. The role requires a proven ability to earn trust with sophisticated clients, understand their specific needs, and develop tailored solutions.

The Director will own the entire sales process—from initial prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing. Key responsibilities include creating targeted outreach strategies, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and consistent follow-through are essential.

The Director will also help shape sales processes and implement best practices, and will build a high-performing sales team over time. Frequent travel across the US for industry events is required.

Job Responsibilities:
– 4+ years of experience selling products or services to institutional investors, financial firms, crypto organizations, and/or high net worth individuals
– Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets across multiple client types
– Strong expertise in cryptocurrencies and digital assets, with a “crypto-native” profile and a well-established professional network in the industry
– Demonstrated ability to build trust with sophisticated clients, understand varied needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
– Strong consultative selling skills, with experience owning the full sales cycle end to end
– Self-driven and entrepreneurial—able to succeed independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to travel frequently across the US and Europe for industry events and networking
– Results-focused mindset, with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding goals
