On the technical side of things we expect you to have the following:

• Experience in designing automated deployment pipelines for small-medium sized teams
• Experience in architecting scalable cloud solutions: AWS, Google Cloud or co-location
• Experience in containerization technologies: Docker or LXC
• Understanding of the full web stack, networking, and low level Unix computing
• Open-source contributions and/or real projects in Ruby and Go programming languages
• Good writing and communication skills
• Preferably: Production experience with Kubernetes, CoreOS and/or Mesos
