I am a Talent Attraction Analyst looking for professionals based in Brazil to work as Senior Fullstack Developers on one of CI&T’s projects.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
• Although our work leans more toward backend development, we need a fullstack professional who can support frontend tasks when needed.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React.
• Work with backend services built in Go, Kotlin, Java, or Python.
• Implement and manage containers using Docker.
• Orchestrate services in Kubernetes environments.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases for data storage, manipulation, and troubleshooting.
• Implement observability practices using Datadog.
• Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka and S3 for service communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Explore and apply AI-based coding solutions to optimize development processes, using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or Windsurf.
• Knowledge and use of AWS, including services like S3.
