Job Summary:
· We are seeking a skilled and passionate Golang Developer to join our backend engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs using Go. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
· Implement and maintain microservices architecture.
· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
· Integrate third-party APIs and services.
· Ensure security and data protection in backend services.
· Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in backend development with Golang.
· Strong understanding of Go routines, channels, and concurrency patterns.
· Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
· Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
· Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
· Understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
· Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
· Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
· Experience with performance tuning and profiling Go applications.
· Contributions to open-source Go projects or active GitHub profile.
Soft Skills:
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies.

$70 – $72 an hour
