Staff, mentor, guide and give feedback to team. (our team is distributed)
Prioritize, execute and communicate road-map items.
Report on development status and risks to management.
Interface with the customer base to understand real demand and user preferences.
Recommend system improvements propose and implement new processes.
Bring innovative ideas to the conversation, propose new features, approaches and processes, based on real customer needs.
Constantly improve the system in terms of robustness, usability, simplicity, accessibility and customer delight.
Set the criteria for documentation, and be responsible for its execution.
Make decisions about team configuration and hire new team members.
This is a full-time remote contracting job, with the potential of becoming a permanent position, contingent upon the growth of the company and the quality of the match.
Please keep in mind that we are a early stage startup (just launched internal beta) and are facing some (very fast) user-base growth, so looking into growing our very small team, FAST.
