We are looking for an exceptional Laravel/VueJS Developer who can either join us full-time or as a highly dedicated freelancer (30+ hrs/week) to help architect and build a next-generation Call Center CRM platform.

The product will include features such as:

– Call center CRM with real-time dialer

– Lead distribution engine

– Agent workforce management

– Order Management System (OMS)

– Built-in Twilio integration

– Scalable microservice-friendly architecture

– Chrome Extension support

– Full revamp of an existing system already in use by active clients

You will be working alongside a highly motivated product and design team. We are seeking someone who not only has strong technical chops but can think strategically and execute with speed and quality.

Ideal Candidate:

– Comfortable with complex systems and making architectural decisions

– Strong communication skills and reliability

– Able to work independently while syncing effectively with a remote team

– Based in any time zone but can commit to reliable overlap with EST hours
