What we do

• VAIX creates deeply integrated and powerful corporate AI solutions, enabling B2C internet businesses to utilize the power of machine learning for their customers and operations.

• Build Machine Learning algorithms

• Receive/store/transform hundreds of Gigabytes/tens of millions rows of data per day.

• Process hundreds of API requests per second from customers and respond back with low latency.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or proven strong CS/SE background)

• Excellent knowledge of Javascript

• Good knowledge of React (or a similar framework)

• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Knowledge and understanding of a low level programming language (C/C++, Java etc) and one high level language (preferably Python)

• Strong "get things done the right way" attitude

• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and work on challenging problems

• Good command of the English language, in spoken and written forms

• Experience in Rest API creation is a plus

• Experience in SQL (Postgres) and noSQL (ElasticSearch, MongoDB etc) DBs is a plus

• Experience in functional programming is a plus

Responsibilities

• Improve existing UIs and create new ones

• Create frontend plugins

• Develop, optimize and deploy Rest APIs

• Experiment and perform feasibility tests for new technologies (Programming languages, Data storage and processing solutions)

• Collaborate with your team members to continually improve working processes and share knowledge
