The Developer will serve TechniPhi in:

PRIMARY role:

The Developer will serve as the developer for all technologies for TechniPhi. He/She will serve as a collaborative member of the TechniPhi team charged with envisioning the future of technology to help groups grow. Developer reports to the Technology Director of TechniPhi.

Major Responsibilities:

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Development

• Create world class technology that connects and enhances TechniPhi’s existing web-based technology
• Be responsible for maintaining web products and writing clean, documented, scalable code
• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
• Work closely with web designers, software testers and otherTechniPhi team membersto ensure products meet visual design and functional intent
• Collaborate with mobiledevelopers and customersto create and document easy-to-useTechniPhiAPIs
• Help tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics to maximize TechniPhideveloper operations
• Work, daily, on perfecting, creating, and innovating core features and deliverables of TechniPhi technologies
• Work, daily, on contributing innovative new technology solutions, as well as enhancements and upgrades to existing products provided by TechniPhi
• Work to maintain and enhance existing web products

Customer Service

• Provide unforgettable, world-class customer service and support solutions to TechniPhi clients and partners
• Serve as a subject matter expert on specificTechniPhiproducts and offerings
• Support the training, on-boarding, and implementation for all TechniPhi web and mobile technologies
• Assist with 24-hour technical support during heavy primary recruitment seasons of January, February, August, and September

Leadership and Collaboration

• Attend important industry conferences to represent company(s) as needed
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Document all written code so that other developers can easily identify intended functionality and process
• Work in collaboration with the TechniPhi team to innovate, strategize, and envision the future technology offerings of the company
• Establish powerful partnerships with Inter/national headquarters staffs, alumni volunteers, and campus Greek Life professionals who reward us with repeat business, positive testimonials, and regular referrals. Serve clients as a single point of contact throughout the sales cycle (from lead generation through contract renegotiation)
• Uphold, at all times, the values, mission and purpose of Phired Up Productions, including subsidiary companies TechniPhi and Innova at all times and in all endeavors
