User Experience (UX) Designer / Product Strategist

About Us:
We’re an early-stage startup dedicated to helping small business owners streamline their operations through innovative digital tools. As we develop our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) – a web-based platform with integrated components – you’ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our product. If you’re passionate about designing intuitive experiences, improving user flows, and advocating for user needs, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• User Experience & Flow Optimization: Define and refine user journeys to create seamless, intuitive interactions.

• Onboarding Strategy: Develop an engaging and effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth introduction to the platform.

• User Advocacy: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Product Strategy: Work closely with the team to align UX with business goals and customer needs.

• Usability Testing & Iteration: Continuously test and refine features to enhance user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Competencies:

• Strong expertise in UX design principles, user flows, and customer journey mapping.

• Experience designing onboarding experiences and engagement strategies.

• Ability to synthesize user feedback into meaningful improvements.

• Familiarity with UI and front-end development principles (coding experience is a strong plus).

• Understanding of accessibility best practices and usability standards.

• Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working with AI tools and software.

Experience:

• Prior experience in UX design, product strategy, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with web applications and digital platforms is a must.

• Exposure to Agile product development methodologies.

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
